What to do if emails are being sent to your junk/spam folder
Occasionally, email addresses are added to your safe and blocked senders list by the "genius" of Microsoft. If you are experiencing safe and important emails being marked as spam and ending up in your junk folder, try the steps below:
1. Open outlook and right click on any email and select "Junk"-->Junk E-mail options.
2. Go to the "blocked Senders tab" and look through the list and remove addresses that should not be listed. There's a good chance the sending email is on that list.
Furthermore, you can add the email address you just removed from the blocked senders list to the safe sender list as well.
